Home Free Monarch Eggs and Caterpillars
One of the greatest experiences you'll ever have is observing the growth, behavior and transformations in the butterfly life cycle!
The BEST way to do this is to plant milkweed and scout for eggs or caterpillars on your milkweed. If you aren't able to find any, I often have them available and give them away for free.
If you would like to see this process first hand, here's what you need to do:
-Have a genuine interest in learning about and raising caterpillars - the process will take approximately one month. This includes feeding them continuously. They are very, very hungry and require a steady milkweed source.
-Have a sterilized container (preferably a net popup container) to raise the in.
-Agree to monitor their habitat, keeping it clean and safe.
-Follow provided directions for raising healthy, vibrant butterflies.
-Agree to release your butterfly back into the wild once they eclose from their chrysalis.
